Why should I hire from you guys?
Our pits are the largest mobile ball pits in the UK. We’re able to offer customisable colours, create custom inflatable pits and help you make any specific idea a reality. Our background in events means we’ve seen it all so can offer friendly advice and guidance on how to get the best out of your ideas.

Aren’t ball pits unsanitary?
Not ours! We use a non toxic cleaning solution on our balls and a specific ball cleaning machine so you can always expect the balls you’re getting to be clean and fresh.

Am I able to choose what colours the balls are?
We do offer specific coloured balls for an additional fee, depending on the size of the pit. Our standard hires include either multicoloured (rainbow) balls or transparent balls (as we have found this to be very popular). We’ve found that specific coloured pits are really popular with brands who want a pit to tie in with their company logo for example. The colours available are red, blue, yellow, green, purple, orange, silver, pearl, aqua, transparent, pink, black, gold, chocolate and a range of pastel colours.

How big are your balls?
Each ball is 75mm in diameter. Approximately 2900 balls are required per cubic metre. The balls are accredited for commercial play and certified to ISO10093, EN71-1, EN71-2, EN71-3.

How much do you charge?
This is one of our most frequently asked questions and our honest answer is we price specifically based on your requirements. There are many variables to our hires, including pit size, volume of balls needed and delivery distance to name but a few. Each of our hires gets a bespoke quote based on your individual needs. We have done some events for £400 and some for £7000 – it really all depends on the individual booking. The best way to get an honest quote is to contact us directly and have a conversation about your specific needs.

Can I hire the balls to fill up my own space? Like an office or spare room?
Yes. We’re able to offer advice on a case by case basis to ensure bespoke ideas are carried out safely. Our advice is free and with no obligation to book so please send us a message.

Can I pick the balls up myself from your HQ?
Absolutely! Although we are very happy to source and include transport within your quote price, we are always happy to accommodate those who would prefer to sort transport themselves from our base in Kent.

What are the health and safety implications involved with booking a ball pit?
All our pits have public liability insurance and we also provide you with an extensive risk assessment and disclaimers as standard when you book with us. We are happy to discuss any specific questions you may have and recommend what steps need to be taken on an event by event basis.

Does a ball pit need to be supervised?
We advise that two people are always supervising the ball pit to ensure it is being operated safely at all times. We are happy to include the price of staff in any quote.

I don’t think I want to hire staff but I have no idea on logistics of setting up and running a ball pit – can you help?
Every booking, whether we’re providing staff or not, comes with a comprehensive instruction manual on running the pit from set up to pack down. We like to provide everyone we’re working alongside with a sound knowledge on our best practices.

I already have a ball pit – can I just hire balls?
Absolutely! We can deliver the balls via a dedicated vehicle or courrier. Get in touch to arrange a quote.
